“TYPHOON PROJECT” AWARDED A PRIZE AT LLOYD’S LIST GREEK SHIPPING AWARDS 2020
The “Typhoon Project” of the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation won an important distinction at the Lloyd’s List Greek Shipping Virtual Awards 2020, as it received the “Sustainability Award” for its contribution to the cleanup of the country’s shores and to the support of research on sea pollution. The awards ceremony was held online, on Friday, 4th December, and was attended by leading names of Greek and international shipping.
AWARD BY THE ANNUAL SUSTAINABILITY SUMMIT
The Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation received a distinction for the donation of 600.000 reusable water bottles for personal use to primary school students, as a practice with significant social impact and an innovation, which stood out in the midst of the pandemic in Greece.
The award ceremony was held on October 13, 2020 at the “Annual Sustainability Summit” event, by MBA International of the Athens University of Economics and Business in collaboration with the Center for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE).

Award given to the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation for the “SeaChange Greek Islands” project in the field of communication strategy.
Greek Institute of Business Ethics Network
Award for Recognition of Charitable Work from the Greek Institute of Business Ethics Network, for the work of the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation in the protection of the marine environment.
Innovation In Politics Awards
The Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation was distinguished at the European awards in Berlin, for the action of the SeaChange Greek Islands project in Vagia, Serifos, Cyclades, and for the cooperation with the Municipality of Serifos.
